Ritual Howls return with ‘Blood Red Moon’ off of the upcoming ‘Their Body’ EP

Detroit’s Ritual Howls conjure up a sanguin sense of dread with their signature and sinister cinematics in Blood Red Moon—a track off of of their upcoming EP Their Body—out September 22nd, 2017 via felte.

The 5 track EP Their Body sees the trio of Paul Bancell (vocals/guitars), Ben Saginaw (bass) and Chris Samuels (Synths, Samples, Drum Machines), following up last year’s LP Into The Water with a more diverse repertoire to their stylistic range, opening with the pulsing poppy darkwave of This Is Transcendence.

The next track A Manifestation of Time has a shivering atmosphere tethered into this dimension by the hooks of a classic post-punk bassline—followed by the industrial intermezzo of the title track. Next we have Perfume, which is a whole new kind of darkness featuring screaming synths and a rhythm that marches against the violence of a storm.
