Dark Post-Punk Act Jenni Sex has unveiled their video for “Treasures”, a captivating and danceable track flowing with all the sonic nuances that could ignite a dance floor to the glory of a backcombed nightclub circa 1983, driven by bellowing vocals reverberate over a spiraling and icy guitar riff whose catchiness is a breath of warm nostalgia.

Jenni Sex, hailing from  São Paulo, Brazil, is a collaboration between Oliveira Helders (vocals, guitar, effects), Danilo Lima (bass, effects), and Yker Buruaga (drums). Together, the trio shapes sound into tactile emotions and desires with their distinct brand of discordant surrealism.

On the video for “Treasures” Art director Dee Olher explains:

“The visuals developed for the song Treasures is my interpretation of the Jenni Sex’s music, to me this song is about hope and the cycles we go through in life, the path from darkness to light can be an ocean of deep feelings, a dark desert road which we don’t know the end. Through all this quit is not an option so we keep going with flow, we float around moods and sensations, then we are destroyed from all the confusion that life can bring, and eventually we’ll find our way.”
