Echo & The Bunnymen’s 11th studio album Meteorites is a return to form, and is set for release in Europe one week from today, the band this morning began streaming the record which frontman Ian “Mac the Mouth” McCulloch, in typical classic form, refers to as being ”more edgy than anything I’ve ever done” — in full via both The Guardian in the U.K. and VPRO in the Netherlands.
Below is the VPRO stream below, let us know what you think.
The album will be released in the U.S. a week later, on June 3.
The Bunnymen are set to tour both the U.K. and U.S. in support of the new album, however the U.K. dates were just pushed back while McCulloch recovers from a throat infection.
