Pete Burns of Dead or Alive and Nightmares in Wax has passed away

[dropcap]Pete[/dropcap] Burns, lead singer of Dead or Alive. and post-punk band Nightmares in Wax, has died,  as reported by NME. He was 57 years old

A statement was shared to Burns’ Twitter account, where his family and management broke the news that Burns had passed away from  “massive cardiac arrest.”

“All of his friends and family are devastated by the loss of our special star. He was a true visionary, a beautiful, talented soul, and he will be missed by all who loved and appreciated everything he was and all of the wonderful memories that he left us with.”
