Nine Inch Nails have been historically known for their Joy Division covers—whether Trent Reznor’s fantastic version of  “Dead Souls” featured on the soundtrack of the 1994 comic book film adaptation of the “The Crow”, or live performances of “Atmosphere” and “24 Hours” while touring with Bauhaus back in 2006.

At Sunday night’s third concert in Las Vegas at The Joint in Las Vegas, fans in attendance were treated to the live debut of another Nine Inch Nails cover of a song from the catalog of the legendary Manchester post-punk band—this time “Digital”.

Other highlights from the concert were  Trent Reznor bringing Gary Numan joining on stage to perform his song “Metal”, and the live introduction of the new NIN song “Ahead of Ourselves” of off Bad Witch.

Nine Inch Nails are set to embark on European festival a Tour Dates this weekend, started with the Robert Smith curated Meltdown Festival—and more dates have recently been announced for their autumn “Cold and Black and Infinite” tour alongside The Jesus and Mary Chain.
