Kontravoid Returns with New Single + Tour Dates

Kontravoid’s 2012 self-titled LP is one of the best dark electronic releases of this decade. With dance floor staples such as “Silent Visions” and “Native State”, the album remains to be synth perfection, leaving fans anxiously awaiting new material. And now after three year hiatus, Kontravoid is back with a new single “So It Seems”. The acid-induced EBM track is a harder, more aggressive interpretation of classic Kontravoid with a remix by fellow Toronto-based artist, Joel Eel.

In conjunction with the release of “So It Seems” and his upcoming EP, Kontravoid will tour the United States and Toronto late April through June, kicking it off at Saint Vitus Bar in Brooklyn. Dates below.

04/28 – Brooklyn
04/29 – Toronto w/ Marie Davidson
05/04 – Detroit
05/05 – Chicago w/ Boy Harsher
05/06 – Minneapolis – w/ Boy Harsher
05/07 – Milwaukee @ Cactus Club
05/19 – Sacramento
05/20 – Oakland
05/21 – Los Angeles @ The Echo
05/22 – San Diego
