Joy Division reissues of “Unknown Pleasures” and “Closer” out today in celebration of “Love Will Tear Us Apart”

[dropcap]Following[/dropcap] the announcement of an official Joy Division website on Friday, and the 35th anniversary of Love Will Tear Us Apart on Saturday, Warner/Rhino’s first pairing of vinyl reissues from Joy Division’s discography have been released today.

Go here to order heavyweight vinyl pressings of Unknown Pleasures, and Closer via Amazon, with Still and Substance scheduled for release on July 24th. The latter reissue will be spread over two LPs and will include a pair of bonus tracks (“As You Said,” the Pennine version of “Love Will Tear Us Apart”) onto the singles compilation that is Substance.
