EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN frontman Blixa Bargeld is back in action after his recent injury while touring in support of Neubauten’s recent album “Lament”. As promised via a recent interview with Louder Than War—the first 35th Anniversary “Greatest Hits” show in what is to be expected to be a full tour was announced on Neubauten.org, the band’s website.
Unique double date with Neubauten. Unique such as: “Belgium is the only European country where the band has a residence for two consecutive days. And unique such as Neubauten plays an entirely different set each day.”
On Wednesday May 27th Einstürzende Neubauten play a set picked out of their 35 years rich history under the slightly ironic title ‘Greatest Hits’. Enough classic albums such as ‘Perpetuum Mobile’, ‘Ende Neu’ , ‘Tabula Rasa’ and‘Silence Is Sexy’ to distillate a superb setlist.
On Thursday May 28th Neubauten play in full their recent magnum war-opus ‘LAMENT’.
In addition to this, Neubauten are playing the M’era Luna and Get Away Rock Festivals in early August.
What would you consider to be Einstürzende Neubauten’s greatest hits?
