Zanias Unveils her Video for “Aletheia”

“This is who we are: divided, alone… ghosts in a shell”

Following the debut of “Exuvia” last month, Berlin-based artist Zanias has unveiled her video for “Aletheia”, and song featured on her new album Into the All, which is out today via Candela Rising (listen at the bottom of this article).

A long time in the making—since April in fact, the spellbinding video for “Aletheia” has very much been a collaborative effort and labor of love, with Frances Wolf and Anita Eden for producing the shoot, while featuring the beautiful cinematography of Joshua Behrens, and 3D art of Samson G Balfour Smith.

Zanias’ Frank Herbert-esque transformation in the video into some sort of Bene Gesserit Priestess, or “alien shaman from another galaxy”, was done by the talents of makeup artist Eavan Derbyshire, with wardrobe and styling by Elektra Ntoulaveri and Thea B Adora.
