This past December, we streamed Italian Post-Punk band Soviet Soviet’s latest album Endless. Yesterday and Brooklyn Vegan premiered the video for the lush sonic shoegazey track Endless Beauty off that record.
Here’s what the band had to say about the 60’s surf themed video by Italian Director Giulio Letizi:
“We love this concept and these images complementing our music. We shot the live images of the band inside an old cinema where we are from in Pesaro, Italy. ‘Endless Beauty’ reminds us of this kind of imagery – the beach, the surfers and days at the beach. We live in a coast city and love the sea.”
The band is currently on tour and will appear in Austin for this year’s SXSW, where they’ll play the Part Time Punks / Felte showcase with Modern English, James Chance and the Contortions, and more.
