Gothic Rock icon Peter Murphy is making amends to his fans in San Francisco who’ve have waited nearly two years for the singer to grace The Chapel  for  his long awaited residency as the venue.

Between a vocal chord illness, and visa issues, the famed Bauhaus singer was at one point seen as to some unlikely to make due on his promise to play his solo records and Bauhaus classics during his thrice rescheduled 17 concert residency.

But now, with 2 nights left of his Bauhaus 40th Anniversary Tour with bassist David J Haskins and the residency set to commence next week, Murphy has decided to add one more concert to bookend the residency calendar, but this time upgraded to a much larger venue, where the Murph and Mr. Haskins will be performing Bauhaus’ debut album In the Flat Field and other Bauhaus classics.

This is in addition the other three nights of Bauhaus material previously scheduled and rescheduled several times as part of the residency.

The final Ruby Anniversary Concert for Bauhaus’ debut album In the Flat Field will be at The Regency Ballroom in San Francisco on March 29th . Tickets are now on sale.

The announcement of this final concert follows the two quickly sold-out performances in which Murphy will pay tribute to the late David Bowie with special sets featuring the Thin White Duke’s music.
