Following the announcement of a career spanning box set, Industrial EBM legends Nitzer Ebb have announced that they will be playing the world’s most famous nightclub Berghain.
The current live line-up for the band, in addition to Bon Harris and Douglas McCarthy, includes original drummer percussionist David Gooday, who has not performed with the band since 1987, and Simon Granger of the group Stark.
The concert will take place on December 13th, and will features back to back dj sets from Techno mainstay Marcel Dettmann, and Douglas McCarthy collaborator Terence Fixmer.
Ahead of the event, Fixmer is having a release party for his latest album Through The Cortex. The LP is the first full-length album on Ostgut Ton and his sixth solo LP overall.
The record is Out Friday, October 12, 2018, Fixmer will perform live at a special record release party in Berghain’s Säule on October 11th, including sets by Nitzer Ebb’s Douglas McCarthy, Phase Fatale and Thomas P. Heckmann.
