Nitzer Ebb Announce 2021 Tour Dates with Full Original Lineup

Pioneering industrial EBM act Nitzer Ebb, who reformed with their original lineup in 2019, have announced a new series of North American tour dates hitting a slew of major cities throughout the US and Canada in the coming months.

Nitzer Ebb kicks things off in Portland, Oregon, this November, and snake their way through North America with stops in Seattle, Vancouver, Detroit, Toronto, some stops in the heartland, a dip down to Florida, some East Coast stops, a swoop back to California, and wrapping it all up in Texas. During this trip, the band will play Substance Festival in Los Angeles, with a yet-to-be-announced full lineup.

In 2019, Post-Punk.com interviewed Bon Harris and Douglas McCarthy in-depth about the process of reuniting the original lineup of Nitzer Ebb Produkt, formed in Chelmsford, Essex in 1982. David Gooday and Simon Granger return once again with this tour. As the band’s fortieth anniversary approaches, it is special to see Nitzer Ebb return to their roots, rekindle their friendship, and see where their musical creativity flourishes in a new context.

In the interview, Harris, and McCarthy discussed how Gooday and Granger brought some of the elements from their project Stark into the mix, instigating a new spark of creativity in interpreting their back catalogue. You can watch the interview here:
