INXS’ 1991 Concert Film “Live Baby Live” has been restored for a worldwide Screening this Fall

The film captures the band’s iconic 1991 performance at London’s Wembley Stadium in front of a crowd of 74,000 fans in 1991.

The film will screen in the band’s homeland of Australia plus New Zealand starting November 14, with more international screenings to follow starting November 27th.

North and South America screenings will begin December 9th

Screening information can be found at inxscinema.com.

The film “astonishing visual upgrade” has been worked on for over the past year—sourced from the original 35 mm film negative, and will now be presented in 4K Ultra HD in cinematic 16:9 widescreen.

The restored version was created “by shot-to-shot repositioning of each frame,” according to members of the band. The audio will be presented in Dolby Atmos, courtesy of Giles Martin (son of Beatles producer George Martin), and Sam Okell at Abbey Road Studios.
