Depeche Mode to Receive 10-disc “Violator” 12-inch Singles Box Set

Ahead of their imminent Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction, synth-pop and post-punk legends Depeche Mode continue their black celebration of  12-inch singles, with the announcement of the addition of the tracks from 1990’s Violator to the campaign.

The new box set contains a sprawling 10-disc collection of the many 12-inches released to promote that monumental LP.

The Violator: The 12″ Singles box set is set for release on April 24th via Rhino Records, and  feature multiple 12-inches for each of the album’s four hit singles:

“Personal Jesus,” “Enjoy the Silence,” “Policy of Truth” and “World in My Eyes.”

The set also includes these A-sides plus their accompanying B-sides and remixes.

According to Rhino, the box set also includes the original and special edition versions of each of those singles, including the etched vinyl version of “Enjoy the Silence,” the blue sealed edition of “World in My Eyes” and a bonus promo 12-inch of “World in My Eyes” that features rare mixes of the A-side and “Happiest Girl.”
