The March Violets are doing their very first West Coast Tour.
Who are The March Violets? They are a Lengendary Post-Punk band from Leeds, featuring Rosie Garland, and Si Denbigh on duel vocals. Formed in 1981, their first release “The Religious as Hell” EP was put out by fellow Leeds University schoolmate, Andrew Eldritch of The Sisters of Mercy, on his Merciful Release label. Their most recognizable song is “Snake Dance”, which has a staple on DJ playlists at Gothic and Post-Punk clubs for the past 30 years. Check out this rare video for the track “Radiant Boys” below.
