One of the best releases of 2018 was the full length debut album Image from Belgian post-punk 5 piece Whispering Sons.
Today the band are premiering “ON IMAGE”—a live session recorded and filmed at the Muziekodroom, Hasselt, one year after Image was recorded, featuring the four album tracks “Got A Light”, “Alone”, “Hollow”, and “No Image”.
The scan-lined overlaid session, directed by Tim Theo Deceuninck and shot by Floris Van Severen, captures the shuddering onslaught of Whispering Sons unparalleled live precision in transporting the listener to a unparalleled dimension of sound, hereby proving they are quite possibly one of the best post-punk bands currently in existence.

The live tracks featured ON IMAGE will be released on vinyl for Record Store Day. There will also be a cassette version, limited to 100 copies.
