Twin Tribes Unveil Stygian New Single “The River” | Pre-Orders Have Begun for Second Studio Album “Ceremony”

Dark post-punk duo Twin Tribes have been busy this year. The pair, consisting of Luis Navarro and Joel Nino, Jr., have thus far trekked across North America, performing at such festivals as NYC’s A Murder of Crows V, Chicago’s Coldwaves Festival VIII, and Tampa’s Absolution Fest, mesmerizing crowds with their spellbinding songcraft that evokes its own unique brand of Mexican-American infused darkwave.

Now, following their new album Ceremony’s previous two singles “Fantasmas”, and “Heart and Feather”, the duo unveil the stygian post-punk phantasmagoria of “The River”, whose dreamlike guitars, and otherworldly synths, lay a path of marigolds across the water leading the dead back across the void, to join us burning our fires on All Hallows Eve and Day of the Dead.

Listen to “The River” below:

Twin Tribes’ second studio album Ceremony is due out via Negative Gain on December 13th, 2019 on CD, and Young and Cold Records in mid to late January via Young and Cold Records on a limited edition of 1000 vinyl that comes in black, mint, and marbled transparent green (t-shirt bundles are available as well).

Pre-order Ceremony on CD, cassette, and vinyl in North America and internationally here. Also, be sure to catch the band live as they continue their US tour through the end of the year. Check below for a full list of remaining dates:
