The Sisters of Mercy have announced their 2017 European tourdates—headline gigs following up August appearances at Rock Oz’Arènes in Avenches, Switzerland, and Beautiful Days Festival in Devon in the UK.
Two weeks after the above festival gigs, the 19-date European tour officially begins with 2 shows at the Roundhouse in London, September 1st, and 2nd—and continues throughout September with dates in Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Poland, Austria and more.
No word yet whether Andrew Eldritch will be recording or releasing a new Sisters of Mercy album—making good on his promise for a new record should Donald Trump be elected—and since that has actually happened, new TSOM material on wax would certainly be a Merciful Release.
