Russian electronic music duo SUPERNOVA 1006 have dispatched another video from their recently released LP Technical Support—this time the album’s opener “Still High”, and its glorious bass distortion techno beats, resembling the banging of iron sheets in a factory as the intercom and warning sirens interject.
All of this aural chaos is augmented by a cavalcade of commercial imagery from the West of the iron curtain during the cold war era, from cookies, candy, computers, toothpaste, Kool-Aid, Play-Doh, boomboxes…and of course, ALF.
