Along with an announcement of their Winter 2018 European tour (see dates below), Los Angeles’ Sextile have released their video for the pulsing EBM infused single Ripped taken from their politically charged second album, Albeit Living.
The video is the second to be released from the record, following the DADA inspired One of These—which we premiered earlier this year and was shot at The 14th Factory art space in LA, where Sextile’s own Brady Keehn worked until its recent closing. She put together the above clip of anarchic reverie explaining that:
‘Ripped’ is a youthful, yet destructive song and I wanted to convey that visually. Innocence and chaos. Kind of what we’re born into.”
