[dropcap]Genesis[/dropcap] P. Orridge’s journey with Throbbing Gristle ended in 1981, but arguably, the new paths he chose to wander on were not less pleasant or influential. The uproar after Psychic TV‘s debut album Force The Hand of Chance must have been massive though—instead of following TG’s abstract, dadaist and situationist concept, the album was sweet and sugary Psychedelic Rock, already nostalgic-sounding by the time it was released.
