At the close of his Bauhaus Ruby Anniversary tour, Peter Murphy finally commenced his long-awaited and thrice delayed West coast residency at San Francisco’s The Chapel, captivating fans by embarking on a sonic journey through his solo repertoire—performing albums in full across 17 concerts throughout the month of March, including a special tribute concert to David Bowie.
Now, after Peter’s return home to Istanbul to refresh his energy, the Godfather of Goth will be heading to Gotham itself for an NYC residency this summer, with 11-shows scheduled at Le Poisson Rouge from August 2nd – 18th.
