Now during a break after extensive touring for the greater part of 2017, Daniel Ash and Kevin Haskins have announced the debut release from their Tones On Tail heavy project Poptone.
The band will be releasing a 13 track Part Time Punks session—an somewhat modern day analog of a “Peel Session” for post-punk acts who pass through the Los Angeles area.
Poptone, featuring Haskins’ daughter Diva Dompe on bass, also includes material culled from the drummer and guitarist’s former bands Bauhaus and Love and Rockets included in their sets during live performances.
