“Before I knew what I was, I was gone”
NYC Goth Rock act Ludovico Technique presents their dark and sinister new single “I Was”, a caustic track leaning on a heavy intensity inspired by Type O Negative, Rammstein, and Rob Zombie, while evolving from the sound goth and industrial acts such as Skinny Puppy and The Sisters of Mercy, from which the project originally took influence.
“I Was” is an introspective track that cuts deep to the core of existential musings through its simple and straightforward lyrical expression. The song descends into the shadowy depths, cutting deep with its fierce intensity, while expanding upon its genre roots in the Gothic subculture.
