Motorama Premiere the Video for “Second Part” off of New LP “Many Nights”

Russian post-punk heroes Motorama are premiering today their video for “Second Part” off of their new album Many Nights, out September 21st on French label Talitres.

The video see Vlad continuing the band’s underlying idyllic themes that connect the listener to the warm resonance of nature, carried along by shimmering and steady guitar daydreams that give way to interludes of tribal style percussion that weave seamlessly into the reverie.

Second Part will be Motorama’s 5th studio album, following 2016’s Dialogues.

According to the press release the new record’s ten songs are a “mix of gothic Balearic beats and jangle pop guitars” with lyrical influences from the work of  Arthur Rimbaud and Alexander Blok. With the songs being structured  around simple melodies that are inspired by the Soviet New Wave scene, and the cinematographic electronic music of Eduard Artemiev, New Zealand kiwi pop, and African percussion arrangements.
