Morrissey premieres ‘I Wish You Lonely’

Morrissey has shared today a lyric video for a new track from his upcoming 11th studio album ‘Low In High School’. The song ‘I Wish You Lonely’ is an an interesting composition that includes synths, disco funk beats, and maybe a bit of Spanish flair, or perhaps Brelian Nouvelle chanson—with lyrics that are a biting in a way few but Moz can provide with lines such as:

“Tombs full of fools who gave their life upon command
Of monarchy, oligarch, head of state, potentate”

‘Low In High School’ is out November 17th

Additionally, in promotion of Low In High School, Morrissey has sanctioned 2 special pop-up shops in London and Los Angeles to celebrate the album’s release—promising ‘exclusive media and merchandise’.
