Mexican American EBM Artist L Debuts her Video for THE VIIRUS Remix of “Bodyheat” — Plus Tour Dates

Imagine this: an energy so raw and potent it seizes your soul like an untamed beast. This force leaps out, grooving in a frenzied dance of liberation. When it strikes, it’s as if the universe itself is hosting a festival of cosmic proportions, honoring the fierce and graceful power women wield. This uprising is the fiery essence every woman carries within her.

Enter Lynette Ríos Padilla, or simply L, in the EBM scene. This Mexican-American dynamo channels that enigmatic energy, transforming it into an electrifying presence that simply cannot be ignored. She’s like a bolt of lightning in a bottle, ready to zap you into a new dimension.

L’s voice is like a siren’s call, ethereal yet strikingly bold, pulling you into a realm of introspection, wild dreams, and those deep, dark secrets whispered in the most intimate corners of the mind. But don’t be deceived by her petite size. L is a titan, a true force of nature. Imagine a warrior spirit wrapped in the edge of a rebel, all concealed beneath her iconic ‘CowDom’ hat and those mysterious dark shades. This tempest in a teacup is ready to unleash a whirlwind of energy and emotion.

Now from L’s BODYHEAT REMIXED album (out now via Crunch Pod™) is a remix and video of Bodyheat from THE VIIRUS. The glitchy lo-fi video reimagines the original as if broadcast from a scrambled cable channel, keeping everything as weird and wonderful as the original.

Watch the video for The VIIRUS remix of “Body Heat” below:

On the remix album, you’ll find contributions from INHALT, Daniel Meyer, Visitor, Angels and Agony, Manufactura, and a host of others. They’ve taken the building blocks of Electronic Body Music, Techno, and Darkwave to build wild soundscapes that are both energetic and profoundly moving.

Stream BODYHEAT REMIXED below and purchase here.
