International music project Kovaceski Music, led by the visionary Klime Kovaceski, has announced the release of their latest single, “Unconquered,” featuring the extraordinary violin virtuoso German Dmitriev. This track is part of the new album ORPHANS, a collection that delves into the raw and innate talents of artists while forging unique collaborations and partnerships. This release is especially exciting for enthusiasts of Dead Can Dance and neoclassical goth, as “Unconquered” is an epic, poetic composition that navigates between soaring heights and serene valleys. It invokes the ancient past and revives it through its music, much like the oral traditions that preceded written history that served as memory etched in song.

Klime Kovaceski’s new album ORPHANS includes previously unreleased tracks, such as a new rendition of “When Night Becomes Day,” originally recorded in 1982 for Kovaceski’s band Fall of Byzantium. These once-archived songs are now accessible to the public, offering a glimpse into Kovaceski’s musical journey over the decades. The album artwork, created by renowned Macedonian painter Nikola Pijanmanov, adds a visual complement to the auditory experience.
