[dropcap]We[/dropcap] have interviewed Mark Burgess of The Chameleons (Chameleons Vox) before, but nothing filmed, so the last time Mark stopped by Berlin to play a show, we took our camera equipment, and decided to talk about the passing of David Bowie, and the significance of the Berlin Trilogy.
We also discussed two of the most popular song by The Chameleons.
One being Second Skin
and the other being Swamp Thing…a song actually inspired by the Berlin Wall.
Off camera, (after we had already used up all our battery life), Mark shared his first hand account of some legendary events from the Manchester Post-Punk scene…hmm. Maybe next time!
