Listen to Silent Servant’s Remix of Boy Harsher’s Tears off of “Careful Remixes, etc.”

Following the release of their second studio album Careful earlier this year via their own imprint Nude Club, Jae Matthews and Augustus Muller of Boy Harsher have announced the release of the “Come Closer” MAXI 12” and “Tears” MAXI 12”—part of their new collection Careful Remixes, etc.

As part of these releases, Jae and Gus have unveiled the remix of “Tears” by LA-based techno DJ and producer John Juan Mendez AKA Silent Servant. The remix was done in Los Angeles, with Luis Perez on guitar.

Regarding the remix of “Tears”, Mendez remarks:

Tears’ allowed me to try something closer to my heart, mixing all of the elements that allow me to be the creative person I am today”.

Listen to the remix below:

Both MAXI 12”s will be pressed on black vinyl. Additionally, there will be a deluxe edition of both 12”s on crystal clear vinyl limited to 300 copies, which includes a Bonus 7” (on crystal clear vinyl), available exclusively through the band mail-order or Bandcamp.

UPDATE: The 1st press of the deluxe edition on crystal clear vinyl sold out in 12 hours. A 2nd and final press of the deluxe edition, this time on white vinyl / limited to 300 copies, is available for pre-order now.
