Philadelphia-based duo, Korine—the project comprised of Morgy Ramone and Trey Frye, recently captivated fans and critics alike with last years LP New Arrangements with songs such as “Heaven’s Servant”.
Now, following the recent premiere of their new track, “Uncrossed”, Ramone and Frye have unveiled the Dark, shimmering, melancholic, and romantic song’s spellbinding visuals, that feel like a synth-wave tribute to some of the best films and videos in the 80s—not unlike what would happens at night at the library from Tears for Fear’s Head over Heals, with all the dark earth-toned and suspenseful atmosphere form the first two seasons of Stranger Things.
Watch and fall in love with Korine below:
“Uncrossed”, is the first of two singles to be released on their 7″ vinyl by Born Losers Records.
To quote what our Editor Andi Harriman said in our premiere of Uncrossed:
“If Korine isn’t your favorite band yet, this release might convince you”.
