Industrial duo SPANKTHENUN wants the industrial beats. Are they lurking at an EBM Club, with dance moves that look like combat techniques? Are their sounds emanating from the jackhammer across the street? Where are those beats, and who will save the night?
Repeated over and over an electro-industrial beat itself, the simple, plaintive request echoes through several remixes and deconstructions in the 130 BPM dance-demand, “Industrial Beats”, from the album THE BUNKER TAPES VOL II, the lucky thirteenth release from the Dallas band.
“Industrial Beats is an ode to the industrial beat and to the dance floor… we dare you not to dance to this to this one,” they say.
You’ve got ten whole versions of it, so hopefully, the beat finds pulse and gets your stomp moving.
