French synth solo project Hørd, helmed by musician and producer Sebastien Carl, debuts a chilling new song, called “Ice”. While the music flirts with a darkwave aesthetic, it also incorporates EBM, shoegaze, and techno elements. Synth pads, ghostly reverbs, and echoing lyrics meld together in a haunting soundscape with the track, hypnotizing listeners with spacey synths and rounded kicks.
The song mixed and mastered by famed sound engineer Maurizio Baggio (The Soft Moon, Boy Harsher), is rife with a nebulous atmosphere that is both captivating and immersive, infused with urgent arpeggios and trance, sprinkled with Italo seasoning over groovy acid house beats.

“Ice” comes off Hørd’s forthcoming new LP Sciences, due out on limited edition black vinyl via Avant! Records on October 21st.
