French darkwave chanteuse Hante. returns in 2021 with an announcement for a forthcoming new album, entitled Morning Tsunami. Her first single, Blank Love addresses the disillusioned dreamers with a hymn to those who have a hard time letting go of regrets and moving on with life.
The fast-paced track is primal and persistent, a driving heartbeat stirred for hopeshttp://facebook.com/hanteband of positive change and striving for a better existence.
Hante., aka Hélène de Thoury, also directed and edited the haunting music video illustrating this liminal space between action and reaction for Blank Love. The piece, illustrating inner struggle and conflicted feelings, was filmed on a desolate beach last Autumn in Vendée, France.
“(The protagonist) is hopelessly attracted by the sea which represents her past and will finally find peace in a new world,” says Hante.
