Darkwave Duo Lebanon Hanover Bloom in “Petals” Plus Announce Tour Dates This Autumn

Darkwave duo Lebanon Hanover have unveiled their video for “Petals”, a track featured on their fifth studio album Let Them Be Alien—a record which was released last year to much fanfare and critical acclaim worldwide.

Of the video for “Petals”, realized by Maru, the band explains:

“The video, as well as the song was inspired by the miracle of nature that is performed annually in the valley of the main park of Athens. A metaphor of the falling and blooming flowers, a union of the beginning and end. The energy of purple- also a blend of two opposites. The ultimate love song, that links it all together.
We thought the analogue VHS recording was a fitting medium to show this natural miracle, this particular video form can transmit the look of a day that possibly will change your whole life.”
