Growing up with the internet, at least for the younger set, has left little to the imagination. When your formative years revolve around text messages, saucy photos, and wham-bams, how do you handle catching feelings and being authentic to yourself? How can you express yourself properly out in the real world, when the words have never even left your lips? When romance plays out in emojis at your swiping and typing fingertips, rather than in a face-to-face encounter?
“Might as well try and find out. You don’t have to be shy,” insists 2Libras, with their sensuous new song, “Heart On”, the second single off their debut album World’s End. The song innocently professes someone’s feelings the only way it knows how, using tantalizing imagery for those with their minds…elsewhere. It’s coy, playful, and hot as hell.
“With the song’s seductive beats and sexy synths playing in your head all day long, you’ll be strutting your own stuff and telling your loved ones that you also have a ‘heart on’ for them,” says the band. (Just make sure you emphasize the letter T or you might find yourself in trouble.)
