British post-punk veterans The Tea Set, known for their theatrical live shows support slots with The Clash, U2, and Iggy Pop as well as tours with The Stranglers and The Skids, have unveiled their video for their new track “Pharaohs”, a song featured on their new singles collection Back in Time For Tea,.
The clip sees the band dressed as mummies under a pyramid, paying homage to both the campy nature of the 60s rock, augmented by vintage organs, overlaid with springy guitars and bass, spliced together with footage from the band’s early days circa 1979.
