NYC supergroup Blu Anxxiety have unleashed a haunting 80’s interstellar sci-fi cryosleep infused groove underlaid with the foreboding pulse of an M314 Motion Tracker with the magnificent”Negative Fantasy”, a track featuring vocals by Dracula Orengo (ex-vocalist of Anasazi), plus Justin Schmidt of X Harlow and Rob Hoffman (ex-Informant).
“Negative Fantasy” pays homage to the heyday of Chicago Wax Trax!, with dark alchemic freestyle beats conjuring a deep sense of dread that crescendos into a full-blown synth-punk nightmare.

Blu Anxietty’s latest cut is featured on NYC label and event SYNTHICIDE’s brand-new 12-inch split release—which also features Anatomy, the solo project of Jenna Rose, a Brooklyn-based artist & bassist of the anarcho-punk/ deathrock band Pawns. (see Anatomy’s NSFW video for “Incel” over at Revolver).
