Black Plastic Premieres “Savage” and “Charcoal”

Black Plasticthe electronic music project of Kevin Grady, founder of pop culture publication Lemon Magazine, and producer André Obin, are releasing a double feature of singles and video today.

The first track, “Savage” was inspired by the Trump era and the endless news cycle that has tried to keep up with this surreal phenomena. In contrast, the next video “Charcoal” is a love letter of sorts to David Bowie, recalling the shock felt worldwide following the news of the icon’s death. The videos—by turns haunting, bizarre and sensual—explore each territory in striking black and white.

Both songs are available now digitally, with a limited-edition vinyl release is in production and will follow later in the month.
