Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins teamed up with former Joy Division and New Order bassist Peter Hook for a live performance of “Love Will Tear Us Apart” recently. Corgan was a special guest at Hook’s show at Chicago’s Metro Cabaret on November 15th, reuniting after collaborating on New Order’s 2001 album “Get Ready” and the proceeding tour.
