Berlin Cult Musical Heroes The Blue Angel Lounge Return with “Wounds”

Berlin”s own cult musical heroes The Blue Angel Lounge have returned, and along with 8MM Musik have announced a new single, Wounds, released April 17th.

Wounds picks up where the band left off, exploring a post-punk inspired route, now marked with the raw urgency of uncertainty and isolation reflective of the times. Wounds marks The Blue Angel Lounge‘s first new release since their 2014 album A Sea Of Trees.

The critically acclaimed ensemble, who have gained an international cult following with their germanic take on the psych and gothic genres, made a notable comeback at 2018’s Synästhesie Festival in Berlin, where it was heavily speculated that they might be returning with new material, and now the time has finally come!
